Knott County Trail Ride Vendor Application

Join us for the 2023 Fall Trail Ride October 5-7! Gates open on Sunday, October 1! Vendors are welcome to set up at any time during the week.

ALL COMMERCIAL BUSINESSES: $150.00 Each
Vendors Selling ONLY Firewood – Knott County Residents: $50; Out of County: $75
Knott County Non-Profit Organizations: No Charge
Outside of Knott County Non-Profit Organizations: $50.00

Knott County Tourism reserves the right to reject any or all vendor applications. If your application is denied, your fees (if applicable) will be promptly refunded.

ALL vendors are required to purchase arm bands for ALL workers in addition to the Vendor Fee.

Vendor fees must be paid by September 15, 2023 to be listed in the Trail Ride Program.

Most vendors will need to choose the “Commercial” category. Non-Profit Organizations are limited to school fundraisers, churches and civic groups. Proof of non-profit status may be required before your application is approved.
